Come join our team! The Regional Outreach Coordinator (ROC) will be responsible for community engagement, education, and compliance support to enhance waste diversion efforts in Central Newfoundland. Acting as liaison between CNWM, municipalities, businesses, haulers, and organizations the ROC will promote best practices in recycling, waste reduction and regulatory compliance. 

This is a three-year contract position with the potential to transition into a long-term role based on program success.

This position plays a critical role in supporting CNWM’s waste management strategy by driving participation, reducing contamination and improving capture rates through targeted outreach and education initiatives.
